ASLA Support at Shady Lakes

Nature Niños was able to support the amazing work of the Albuquerque Sign Language Academy and their Honey Badger Conservation Crew today! Nature Niños youth & families showed up to study, learn, grow & experience nature out at Shady Lakes today. We examined aquatics invertebrates, helped to muck the ponds, raked the dropped cottonwood leaves, fished and enjoyed friendships while spending time outside!! 

Congrats ASLA for being awarded one of the Outdoor Equity Grants through the new state Outdoor Recreation Division!
