We have been pleased to announced that the New Mexico Wildlife Federation and Nature Niños New Mexico has been awarded the Multistate Conservation Grant from the Association of Fish & Wildlife Agencies. Nature Niños will implement this grant in the Mi Tierra Salvaje (My Wild Land) project. This project will conduct research on the best practices of engaging underserved youth and families in the outdoors. This research will be compiled into a toolkit for programs throughout the country who wish to create or enhanne their youth programs. Nature Niños will also be implementing these best practices into our youth programming.
