At Nature Niños, we connect youth ages 4– young adults with meaningful outdoor experiences that build confidence, strengthen social-emotional skills, and inspire a lifelong connection to nature. Through activities like hiking, fishing, archery, nature journaling, stewardship projects, and outdoor exploration, we create welcoming spaces where every young person can discover what the outdoors has to offer.

We're looking for team members who are passionate about working with youth, value inclusive and relationship-based learning, and want to help grow the next generation of conservationists, land stewards, and outdoor enthusiasts.
