Join our tiniest of Nature Niños as we explore nature at Shady Lakes in the North Valley of Albuquerque.

Tiny Trees Fall AM Session is Full

Tiny Trees Fall PM Session is OPEN for Registration (Info Below)

Our Tiny Tree's Story & Art Program is designed for kids ages 4-8 years old (there is flexibility on either end of the age bracket).

Location would be Shady Lakes (11033 4th St. NW 87114)

Classes would be Thursday afternoons from 1-3pm.

Our schedules will be as follows (with tons of flexibility and opportunity for child-centered and emergent experiences- after all- this is all about THEM):

  • Afternoon Activity & Story Time
  • Deep Dive Into the Weekly Topic
  • Art Exploration
  • Group Game
  • Depart Shady Lakes

Our Tiny Trees program was launched to serve the smallest of our niños in New Mexico, ages 4- 8 years old. This is not a drop off program (parents/guardians are required to stay on site), however we do encourage parents to bring a book, project or phones calls you need to get caught up on as you'll have free time to explore Shady Lakes on your own or find a quiet corner to enjoy some time to yourself!

Programming topics are subject to change throughout the semester due to our partners availability. Questions: email sarah@nmwildlife.org

There would be 10 classes in the PM session of Tiny Trees starting Thursday, September 2nd. Class time will start at 1PM and end at 3PM.
